What You'll Be Doing
Direct Marketing Campaigns team is responsible for creating and delivering one-to-one direct marketing communications for CIBC clients that will lead CIBC to become the #1 bank in client experience. The Journey Developer is accountable for the end to end campaign delivery function including: leading discovery sessions, completing the solutions requirements document (SRD), conducting data assessments, developing the campaign through Marketing's platform tools (eg. Unica, SFMC) and conducting QA. Through the campaign delivery process, the Journey Developer is focused on operational excellence and ensuring relevance of communications to targeted client audiences. The Journey Developer will utilize multiple direct-to-client engagement channels to reach target audiences and leverage insights and previous campaign learnings to inform future campaign design and targeting requirements.

How You'll Succeed
Using Data to target clients (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce Data Cloud, Adobe Journey Builder, Adobe Experience Platform, SQL, SAS, UNICA, Relational Database)
Leverage client information, behaviour, and product data to analyze and prepare pre-campaign analysis for the purpose of sizing and creating Direct Marketing campaigns
Manage and drive the technical design, development, execution, quality and ongoing management of new and ongoing campaigns for business partners
Define and document the technical design, technical requirements, development, and execution of campaigns
Establish a two-way working relationship with internal partners to solicit their input and feedback on campaign improvement opportunities
Ensure the direct marketing communications and campaigns are delivered through the appropriate channels to maximize campaign effectiveness and seamless delivery to clients
Leverage analytical partners including modeling team, analytics to improve and enhance contact programs and direct marketing campaigns
Drive requirements to enhance and develop internal and external communication channels
Relationship Management – You build and manage relationships with partners well and have strong influencing skills necessary to gain commitment and support through the discovery and requirements build process.
Communication – You are an effective communicator and are comfortable leading group discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders
Project management – You are focused on both leading a defined process to complete tasks and ensuring that the team is driving the right outcomes
Insights and Learnings – You are effective at understanding insights and leveraging them to inform business partner campaigns and plans. Provide strategic insights and recommendations back to business partners on future campaigns to foster a culture of continuous learning.
