We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a pivotal role in synchronizing production planning with client requirements. You will serve as a key analytical and operational support hub, ensuring that data flows accurately between our internal teams, the warehouse, and our CDMO clients. This role focuses on data integrity, process optimization, and seamless execution of the production cycle.
Responsibilities
Production Planning & Client Coordination
Maintain and update production data and replenishment schedules.
Act as point of contact for CDMO clients regarding inventory status and production timelines.
Coordinate the execution of the production plan, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Coordinate inventory movements to ensure a continuous production flow.
Coordinate materials staging process with the warehouse team according to the production schedule.
Lead cycle counts for client-owned components and reconcile discrepancies.
Review and analyze consumption history to optimize future replenishment levels.
Coordinate the purchase and receiving of components with the Supply Chain Procurement team
Data Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and automated dashboards.
Utilize Power BI (or similar tools) to visualize supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and client meetings.
Project Management & Process Improvement
Track tasks and milestones in a project-based environment to ensure timely release and delivery of products and services.
Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and lead process improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular status meetings, capture minutes, and hold team members accountable for action items.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Education
College Diploma or University degree in a related field, including commerce, business administration, supply chain or engineering.
Experience And Skills
Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in supply chain management roles in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Beverage, Consumer Product or Food Packaging Environment is considered an asset.
Experience supporting internal manufacturing operations.
Direct working knowledge of operations, negotiations, inventory control, and sales & operations planning.
Strong knowledge with SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
Resiliency and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
APICS/Six Sigma certification would be considered an asset.
Compensation
Starting at approximately $62,500.00 CAD with opportunity for increase based on qualifications and experience. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and professional development support.
