About the Role
TRU Lending is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented Mortgage Admin to support our brokerage with day to day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple files at once, and is comfortable working with the internal team and internal systems.
You will play a key role in keeping deals moving, documents complete, and communication clear across the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and format documents and correspondence
· Organize client documents and electronic organization of files
· Communicate with internal team
· Track milestones and follow up on outstanding tasks with the team
· Update CRM and other internal systems accordingly
· Managing team calendars and scheduling appointments
· General admin and operational support as needed
Requirements
· Strong attention to detail and file management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
· Tech comfortable (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.)
· Professional, reliable, and proactive
· Previous experience in a mortgage brokerage or real estate office preferred
