I run a CPG brand selling on Amazon and DTC. I need an experienced freelance developer to build an internal web tool my team uses daily to automate ad creative production at scale — UGC-style videos, static image ads, and short-form TikTok/Reels content. We already have an AI system generating scripts and creative briefs each morning. This tool takes those outputs and turns them into finished ads, with a target of 1,000+ unique assets per day.
This is not a backend pipeline — it's a clean, simple interface that a non-technical team member can operate without any engineering support.
What You'll Build
Team Dashboard — A lightweight internal web app (login required) where my team can view the day's scripts, kick off production runs, monitor progress, and download finished assets. Think simple job queue with a status dashboard, not a complex SaaS app.
Asset Library — An organized section for uploading and tagging raw footage, product images, voiceovers, music, logos, and fonts. Any team member should be able to add new assets without developer help.
One-Click Production — Team selects a script batch, picks output formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), hits run. The system assembles finished ads automatically using library assets. Zero technical knowledge required to operate.
Variation Engine — Simple controls letting the team adjust hook style, caption style, music, and clip order per run. The system must produce meaningfully different outputs — 1,000 assets should not look like 1,000 copies.
Review & Approval Queue — Finished assets appear for preview, approval, or rejection with notes. Approved assets route automatically to output storage.
Output & Distribution — Assets organized by format, date, and campaign; stored in Google Drive. Approved assets directly push via API to Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and social accounts so team never manually uploads.
Daily Automation — Each morning, the tool auto-ingests new scripts from our existing system, pre-populates the queue, and pings the team via Slack. Target daily workflow: open tool → review queue → hit run → approve outputs → push live. Total hands-on time under one hour.
What Success Looks Like
A non-technical team member sits down each morning and within one hour has 1,000+ finished ad creatives approved and ready to go live. No developer needed day-to-day. No manual file management.
