Objective
Increase inbound bid opportunities and help scale Winn Winn Research.
This role focuses on opening doors and generating opportunities. Once relationships are established and RFPs are received, Winn Winn manages proposals and account execution.
Responsibilities
Identify and research qualitative research agencies and insights teams
Conduct targeted outbound outreach (30–50 per week)
Introduce Winn Winn Research as a recruiting partner
Secure intro calls and vendor list placements
Help generate consistent RFP/bid invitations
Maintain pipeline tracking (CRM or shared sheet)
Provide weekly activity and results report
Target Clients
Primary focus:
Consumer qualitative research agencies
Boutique and mid-sized research firms
Brand insights teams
Secondary:
Select B2B qualitative opportunities
Ideal Candidate
Experience in market research, qualitative research, or professional services sales
Familiar with industry terminology (incidence rate, LOI, quotas, screeners, fieldwork timelines)
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Proven track record of generating meetings or business opportunities
Organized, self-directed, and performance-oriented
Location: Open (U.S. or International). Clear English required.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
