Senior B2B Outbound Systems Builder (AI + Deliverability + CRM)
Description:
We are a premium B2B service company targeting luxury residential buildings, property managers, hotels, and corporate accounts in South Florida.
We are hiring an experienced outbound systems builder to design and implement a scalable AI-driven outbound engine.
This is NOT a basic cold email job. We want someone who understands infrastructure, targeting strategy, and long-term domain health.
Scope
Define targeting strategy (account + persona)
Build prospecting workflow (data source + enrichment)
Verify contact data
Set up sending domains + inbox infrastructure
Configure email warmup + deliverability safeguards
Build segmented multi-step sequences
Integrate with CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive)
Document the full system for internal management
Requirements
3+ years building B2B outbound systems
Strong deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, rotation)
Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, etc.
Ability to think strategically about market positioning (not just volume)
