Our company, Think Group Holdings, builds mission-driven EdTech products including FrenalyticsEDU and Readeezy, focused on improving outcomes for K-12 students receiving special education services, multilingual learners, and students who are struggling & below grade level.
We're looking for an experienced Lovable developer who can help us rebuild our Readeezy platform, a digital reading library of highly interactive, illustrative, and engaging high-low reading books for delayed and struggling readers.
This is not a passive ticket-taker role; this is an autonomous, high-impact position. You'll work directly with our CEO and product team to turn ideas and specs into clean, scalable functionality.
What You'll Do
1. Build and ship new features within the Readeezy reading platform using Lovable
2. Reimagine the student reading experience through the rebuild process from our existing platform into an AI-built one using Lovable
3. Design and build educator dashboards for monitoring reading progress and usage
4. Implement and refine role-based workflows (students, teachers, admins)
5. Optimize performance across high-usage classroom scenarios
6. Troubleshoot bugs and edge cases across the reading and reporting experience
7. Recommend technical approaches that improve speed, scalability, and educator usability
