Über

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to build a financial reporting integration system connecting the Request Tracker API and the CINC property management API to a PostgreSQL backend built on SwivelKit architecture. This project will ingest API data and downloadable monthly financial statements, normalize the data, and generate accurate HOA board-level financial reports.
The system must implement deterministic validation rules and multi-AI cross-verification to prevent errors during statement ingestion and report generation. Financial accuracy, reconciliation logic, and audit traceability are critical requirements.
Relevant Skills:
- Direct API Integration (Request Tracker & CINC required)
- SwivelKit Backend Architecture (or demonstrably equivalent clustered backend framework)
- PostgreSQL Schema Design & Performance Optimization
- Financial Statement Parsing & Structured Data Normalization
- Deterministic Validation & Reconciliation Logic
- Multi-Model AI/LLM Validation Workflows
- Structured Financial Report Generation
This is a defined integration and reporting build — not a general exploratory project. Applicants should be prepared to scope, architect, and implement within the specified stack.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
