Website Copywriter for Web Design Agency (Ongoing Projects)
We are Webwavers, a web design agency based in Germany, and we are looking for an experienced copywriter to support us across multiple client projects — starting immediately.
What the role involves:
You will be responsible for taking raw client input (mostly in German) and transforming it into clean, well-structured website copy — ready for handoff to our designers. This is not a role where you write everything from scratch. Instead, you work closely with what the client provides, structure it into clear sections, flesh out the content for every page, and deliver it in a format our design team can work with directly.
We use AI tools to support the process — translating, refining and formatting content — so efficiency and speed are key. You should be comfortable integrating AI into your workflow without compromising quality.
What we expect:
Fast turnaround — we work on multiple projects and need someone who can keep up with our pace
Strong ability to absorb and reflect client input accurately — the client's voice and intentions must come through
Structured thinking — you know how to break a website down into sections and pages and fill each one with purposeful content
Clean, professional output ready for designer handoff
Experience with German-language content is a not a must; bilingual (DE/EN) is only a strong plus

Walk us through your onboarding process: How do you start a new project? What information do you collect from the client before you begin? What does your process look like from first brief to final delivery? We want to understand exactly how you work before we get started.
Start: Immediately
Scope: Ongoing — we have multiple projects lined up and are looking for reliable long-term support
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 40 hours per week.
