We are seeking a high-performing, strategically-minded professional to join our Investor Relations team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to a lean, fast-paced team responsible for executing a world-class IR program. You will act as a vital link between the company and the investment community, helping to shape our corporate narrative and providing actionable market intelligence to our Executive Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communications & Reporting

  • Narrative Development: Lead the creation of the Annual Report and Information Circular, including storyboarding, drafting content, and developing Total Shareholder Return (TSR) materials.

  • Earnings Cycle Management: Drive the development of quarterly internal and external materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, scripts, and comprehensive Q&A documents.

  • Disclosure Management: Develop and distribute investor-related news releases across global newswires and targeted distribution lists.

Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence

  • Analyst Consensus: Own the quarterly process for tracking analyst models and formulating internal views on consensus estimates; act as a key liaison for internal stakeholders.

  • Daily Market Insights: Curate and distribute a high-impact internal IR newsletter covering company-specific news, sector trends, analyst research, and macroeconomic dynamics.

  • Executive Advisory: Proactively draft ad-hoc reports for the CEO and CFO regarding market developments, share price movements, and competitive positioning.

Investor Engagement & Operations

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts and associates to foster confidence in the company's strategic direction.

  • Event Execution: Organize and execute investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows, ensuring the seamless dissemination of accurate information and high-quality executive briefings.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all regulatory and voluntary disclosures.

  • Inquiry Management: Oversee the IR mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to shareholder and analyst inquiries.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Financial/Strategic Analysis, or Equity Research.

  • Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Excel (financial modeling and data analysis) and experience with Bloomberg or similar market data platforms (e.g. FactSet, Capital IQ).

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into a compelling narrative.

  • Analytical Rigor: A strong sense of ownership and a "no-task-too-small" mentality; providing error-free materials is a non-negotiable requirement.

Key Attributes
  • High Performance: A track record of success in high-pressure, dynamic environments with time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Strategic Intuition: Strong business acumen and the sound judgment required to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive Ownership: Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.

  • Operational Flexibility: Adaptable and willing to lean in during peak financial reporting cycles (quarter-end and year-end), which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work.
