Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM.

- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
- Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
- Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
- Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.
- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
- Experience with dental software programs is required.
- Strong customer service experience.
