Marketing Coordinator

Arrowquip – Global Standard in Livestock Handling Equipment
Location: Woodlands MB

Arrowquip is not an average agricultural company.

We are internationally recognized as the standard in cattle handling equipment. With operations and partners across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, we are in a growth phase that requires precision, speed, and strong execution.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants exposure to global marketing execution.

This is not an entry-level "assist where needed" role.
This is a coordination role at the center of a driven marketing team.

If you're organized, proactive, and energized by helping others win, this is your opportunity.

The Role

You will support marketing initiatives across four international markets. You will be deeply involved in campaign coordination, trade shows and events, project management, internal communication, and keeping execution on track.

You will work closely with directors and specialists in Creative, Marketing, Dealer Excellence, and Sales. There is autonomy here, but also accountability.

If you're looking for an international stepping stone into global marketing, this role puts you in the middle of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across CA, US, UK, and AU markets
  • Support trade shows and event logistics (planning, timelines, follow-ups)
  • Assist with project tracking and execution across multiple departments
  • Ensure deadlines, assets, and communications stay aligned
  • Support dealer-facing marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing materials and asset organization
  • Act as a central point of coordination between teams

What We're Looking For

Strong Organizational Skills
You don't just "stay organized." You create order in complex environments. You enjoy timelines, checklists, systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Passion for Helping Others Win
You gain satisfaction from enabling others to perform at a high level. You anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate.

Willingness to Learn
You're coachable. You want exposure to international marketing execution. You're not afraid to ask questions and grow quickly.

Event Experience (Trade Shows a Bonus)
You understand the moving parts of events, vendor coordination, logistics, materials, and follow-up. If you've supported trade shows before, that's a major asset.

Comfort in a Fast-Paced Environment
We move quickly. Priorities shift. Expectations are high. You need to be adaptable without losing structure.

What You'll Gain

  • Exposure to global marketing operations
  • Autonomy with real responsibility
  • A high-performance team that is driven to win
  • A company that sets the bar in its industry
  • Career growth opportunities in an international business

Who This Is For

  • Someone looking for a stepping stone into international marketing
  • Someone who enjoys being in the middle of moving parts
  • Someone who wants ownership, not micromanagement
  • Someone who wants to build a long-term career in a company that is scaling globally

Who This Is Not For

  • Someone who needs constant direction
  • Someone uncomfortable with accountability
  • Someone who prefers slow, predictable environments

If you're organized, proactive, and motivated to help a global team execute at a high level — we want to hear from you.

Apply with your resume and a short note explaining why you believe you're wired for this role.
