Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid, in office, on site at dealerships and events, and work from home as appropriate for editing deliverables Reports to: Director of Marketing and Social Media and Content Creator

Bannister Automotive Group is hiring a Videographer and Editor to film and edit video advertisements and marketing content that support sales, service, recruiting, and brand awareness across our 20 plus dealerships. This role owns the full production workflow and delivers high quality, on brand video built for performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan content alongside our Social Media and Content Creator, aligning production with upcoming campaigns, dealership priorities, and seasonal needs.

● Own preproduction tasks including concepting, storyboarding, shot lists, and basic scripting to ensure shoots are efficient and outcomes are clear.

● Collaborate with marketing on messaging and creative direction that aligns with Bannister brand standards and OEM guidelines.

● Shoot video content for campaigns, vehicle walk arounds, social media, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, recruitment, internal communications, and event coverage.

● Capture on location footage at multiple dealerships and events, including promotions, test drive events, customer testimonials, and special launches.

● Own the technical execution of shoots including camera operation, audio capture, and lighting setups suitable for real dealership environments.

● Edit video content with strong pacing, hooks, captions, and clean sound, ensuring deliverables are polished and on brand.

● Optimize content for different platforms including aspect ratios, caption styles, runtime, and export specifications for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and LinkedIn.

● Deliver multiple cut downs and versions where required to support paid media testing and campaign iteration.

● Maintain an organized media library including file management, backups, and naming conventions in the group shared drive.

● Maintain and care for production equipment, ensuring gear is organized, functional, and ready for travel and on site shoots.

● Mentor and support dealership level photographers and videographers when needed to keep content consistent, on brand, and easy to use across the group.

● Perform additional marketing tasks as required where video production supports campaign execution and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of videography and video editing experience.

● Strong portfolio showing both shooting and postproduction across short form and long form content.

● Experience filming on location and adapting to real world environments, including dealerships and events.

● Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and execute creative that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.

● Considered an asset if comfortable appearing on camera as talent for select concepts such as hosted videos, intros, or social content.

Additional Requirements:

● Hybrid role with a mix of in office, on site, and work from home depending on production and editing needs.

● Ability to travel to multiple dealership locations and events as required.

● Strong organization and attention to detail for file management, deadlines, and consistent quality.
