What you'll do

The Delivery Program Manager plays an important role in orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple squads that collectively contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills to drive collaboration and ensure the program's overall success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of work in the commercial platform group, focused on digital and eCommerce platforms

  • Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

  • Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members

  • Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative

  • Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance

  • Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program

  • Identify and assess program risks

  • Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones

  • Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget

  • Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion

  • Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency

What you bring:

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice processing, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

  • eCommerce: Experience delivering complex digital and eCommerce initiatives across cloud-native platforms and custom development environments, including integrations, scalability, and performance optimization

  • Scope Management: Define project outcomes, MVPs, epics, user stories, releases, and milestones to align with business objectives

  • Resource Management: Develop and manage resource plans leveraging FTEs and partner resources to deliver on defined scope

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting scope, timeline, and budget; ensure timely escalation and communication

  • Agile Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient and adaptive project execution

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver value-driven solutions

  • Soft Skills: Outcome-focused mindset, action orientation, critical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, effective communication, facilitation, collaboration, empathy, and emotional intelligence

  • Technical Tools: Planview, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Jira Align, Lucid, Delivery Central, Confluence

Our typical hiring range is between $80,000.00 and $131, Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
