A career as a Chief Quality Assurance Analyst in the Insurance sector team at National Bank means acting as a specialist to develop strategies, plan, execute and monitor manual and automated content testing under your responsibility. Your job
- Participation in collaboration with the project director in defining and managing the project schedule, planning resources in your team, assessing schedules and quality assurance risks;
- Collect and analyze relevant information regarding assigned content in order to prepare test plans;
- Participate in the development, implementation and implementation of appropriate test plans according to specifications;
- Run back-end and front-end tests
- Monitor the progress of tests, correct and diagnose anomalies encountered
- Ensure good test coverage, and ensure the quality of the delivered versions
- Work to improve the optimization of quality assurance practices (tools, methods, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for test automation
- Support and implement automated tests
- Collaborate closely with other team members: developers, analysts, POs, SMs, etc.

Prerequisites
- DEC in computer science or any other related field
- 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or QA lead
- Experience in backend testing, API
- Knowledge of programming or scripting (Javascript) (an asset)
- Software knowledge: Cucumber, Jenkins, Jira, X-Ray, SOAP UI, Bruno or other (an asset).
