A career as a Chief Functional Analyst within the MCP - Master Client Profile team means playing a strategic role in managing client data.

You’ll join a dedicated squad focused on implementing new solutions to enhance business capabilities in the client domain within the MCP (Master Client Profile) ecosystem.

Your job

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to capture business requirements for delivering technological solutions
  • Analyze business and functional issues, map processes, and identify data needs
  • Establish the Bank’s master data governance (MDM)
  • Support Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders in prioritizing value-added deliverables
  • Diagnose problems and propose continuous improvements
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements, draft use cases and business rules
  • Participate in test strategy, validate scenarios, and support backlog management.

You’ll be part of the MCP - Master Client Profile team alongside 75 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its maturity, experience, and knowledge of the business sector.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree or other qualification in IT or a related field, and several years’ experience in IT as a business and/or functional analyst, ideally in a banking environment
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
  • Proficiency with modelling tools (UML, BPMN, Collibra) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience in regulatory or data destruction projects
  • Experience working in cross-functional data ecosystems
  • Excellent autonomy, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate leadership
