early childhood educator - child development associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Development Associate (CDA) Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children.

The CDA Specialist will work closely with Lead Teachers to plan and implement engaging classroom routines, curriculum, meals, and activities for pre-school age children. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the core functions of our early childhood education program while also maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

• Assist in planning and implementing daily lesson plans that promote cognitive, social-emotional, physical, language arts literacy skills
• Support the teaching staff by providing assistance during class time as needed
