Cable Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Cable Technician . This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, installing and servicing DISH equipment and smart home products, and providing technical support to customers.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes


• Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings


• Develop strong relationships with customers by listening actively to their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and communicating effectively about solutions

• A valid driver's license is required. A clean driving record must be maintained throughout employment.


• Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings weekends or holidays based on operational needs
