Job Role: Shift Manager

This position requires an individual to oversee all store operations during their shift. Responsibilities include managing cost controls, inventory management, customer relations and maintaining a clean image of the store.

• Responsibilities:

1. To ensure seamless execution of daily tasks including receiving inventory stock from suppliers, preparing products for sale and effectively communicating with team members and customers alike.


2. Taking ownership of inventory levels ensuring that stores are always well-stocked and visually appealing to attract sales.


3. The ability to make timely decisions regarding employee performance issues such as attendance or work ethic while adhering strictly to established company policies.
