The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Design sheet metal enclosures for switchboards and other electrical assemblies
* Use AutoCAD and Radan to create detailed technical drawings and programming for production
* Develop and improve enclosure designs to meet customer specifications and production efficiency
* Work closely with a small, highly skilled team of 10 engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
* Collaborate with manufacturing and project teams to ensure designs are production-ready and compliant
Candidate Profile
* Strong experience in sheet metal design for enclosures, ideally for switchboards
* Skilled in AutoCAD and Radan programming
* Detail-oriented with the ability to create accurate, production-ready designs
* Strong team player with good communication skills
