The Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) will evaluate, assess, and treat children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges in an outpatient pediatric setting. Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, fine motor challenges, sensory processing differences, and functional skill deficits
* Administer and interpret standardized occupational therapy assessments
* Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
* Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
* Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, visual-motor integration, and play skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
* Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
* Collaborate with colleagues to support overall patient outcomes
* Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current state Occupational Therapy license
* Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
* Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings starting at $85,000 annually
