Job Summary

The Physical Therapist provides a wide range of evaluations, treatments, and therapeutic procedures to support the care and rehabilitation of patients. This role delivers highâ€'quality, compassionate, and safe patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license (required)

• No prior work experience required

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy terminology, procedures, and treatment techniques

• Demonstrated skill in performing physical therapy assessments and interventions

• NICU assessment and treatment experience preferred, but not required.

• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, consistent with CaroMont's cultural values.

• Sound judgment in patient care and treatment planning

• Commitment to delivering highly reliable, highâ€'quality, safe, and compassionate care

• Passion for continuous learning and providing an excellent patient experience

• Current BLS certification (required)
