We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinic Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation specialising in renal and kidney disease treatments. Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager * Proven experience in a managerial role within a dialysis setting, ideally previously CQC registered. * Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate. * Must have a registered nurse (NMC) qualification. Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager * Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly while maintaining a focus on patient care. * Develop, mentor and empower a team of healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative environment where people feel supported, valued and motivated. * Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
