This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Site is looking for clinic coverage Monday - Friday 8-5 for approximately 2 weeks a month to cover for a provider out of the office
- Schedule: Clinic hours, 8a-5p and scheduled surgeries
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Type of cases: Urology cases
- Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Licensure required: Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
