Together, we will create and implement club actions and improvement plans based on key metrics.

As a General Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Is an inspirational leader with strong collaboration skills
• Has proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
• Has experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers
• Has exposure to financial planning and management
• Is passionate about customer service
