You will be responsible for accurately locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment based on customer orders. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves and designated storage areas.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for loading and transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate order picking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth flow of warehouse Logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Proficiency in using required PPE .
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
