We are seeking a senior debt structuring advisor to design the capital strategy for a ~$15m Australian commercial project (pre-revenue, 30-year lease secured). A major bank has shown preliminary appetite, and we now require experienced input to ensure the model, stress testing, and capital stack are credit-ready before formal lender engagement. Scope includes DSCR analysis, downside scenarios, debt capacity assessment, and recommended senior/mezz structure. Australian commercial lending experience is essential; ex-bank credit or structured finance backgrounds strongly preferred. This is a short, fixed-fee Phase 1 advisory mandate (3–4 weeks), not startup fundraising or bookkeeping.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
