Manager, IT - Infrastructure Security & Data Protection at a glance...

You will be a critical function responsible for the daily operations and transformation for architecture, resource management, workload prioritization, and working with our partners to ensure operational excellence. You will have a strong understanding of network, cloud, and endpoint security to execute projects, daily activities and troubleshooting efforts, as well as setting clear expectations, goals, and requirements that must be achieved as a measure of success.

What's on the menu?
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, CASB, NAC, and secure web gateway.

  • Help develop and maintain a comprehensive zero-trust security strategy and roadmap, aligned with the organization's overall IT strategy and goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations, Architecture, and Cloud Operations, to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization.

  • Provide input to the Group Lead, Infrastructure Security & Data Protection to ensure security technologies are maturing and operating at an optimum level.

  • Manages, configures, and monitors systems and tools associated with Infrastructure Security, including but not limited to EDR, micro segmentation, remote access, and firewalls.

  • Assist with incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or incident.

  • Stay up to date with emerging security threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

  • Support BAU requests and participate in troubleshooting incidents with end users

  • I have 5+ years of relevant information security experience

  • I have knowledge of network, cloud, and endpoint security including EDR, firewalls, micro-segmentation, remote access, IDS/IPS, Azure security

  • I have expertise in infrastructure best practices and security remediation

  • I have strong working knowledge of tools such as EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, networks, CASB, NAC, secure web gateway and Micro segmentation.

  • I have the ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances.

  • I have validated communication skills with the ability to translate sophisticated technical issues or concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner that focuses on business value.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$96, $120,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
