About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our team as Director, Acceleration Office. In this role, you will play a central part in project operating rhythms to identify challenges, surface risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across project working groups. You will be a key enabler of execution against the Acceleration 2029 strategy and directly contribute to achieving the organization's growth ambitions. You will partner with executive leadership, the VP Acceleration Office, and leaders across Commercial, Product, Operations, and project management teams to drive consistent, disciplined execution across initiatives that support the company's goal to double revenue.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business and functional leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support execution of strategic priorities.
- Lead structured, data-informed assessments of business performance to uncover operational, financial, and strategic gaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Solve complex business problems through structured analysis, research, and collaboration across Commercial, Product, Operations, and other functions.
- Leverage emerging tools and technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and data visualization, to generate insights and improve decision-making.
- Craft compelling executive-ready documents and presentations that simplify complex information into clear narratives that drive alignment and action.
- Provide light project management support by establishing structured project rhythms, tracking progress, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure initiative success.
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, building trusted relationships and aligning differing perspectives around shared enterprise goals.
- Continuously build business knowledge in fleet mobility and adjacent industries, synthesizing trends and competitive insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- Operate with significant autonomy, exercising sound judgment in prioritization, escalation, and strategic trade-offs to ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong analytic and conceptual problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build compelling narratives in PowerPoint, Word, and other media.
- Comfort with data and analytics, including the ability to interpret data and apply quantitative thinking to strategic decisions.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make difficult decisions critical to business credibility and success.
- Comfort with ambiguity, including the ability to think strategically while also digging into details when needed.

- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, digital tools, and advanced analytics and their application in business.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and with stakeholders of varying backgrounds.
- Coaching skills with the ability to drive strong team and individual performance and support peers and leaders in guiding their teams.
- Strong operational and execution mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn quickly in rapidly changing environments.
Location: Toronto
Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
