• Patient Assessment and Care Planning:  Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions to develop individualized care plans.


• Bedsider Nursing Care:  Provide direct nursing care including wound management, IV therapy, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of patient status.


• Clinical Expertise: Administer prescribed medications while monitoring for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions. 


• Patient Education:  Educate patients on diagnoses treatments medications post-discharge instructions promoting recovery self-management
