We are looking for a Manager of Testing and Validation-Claims/Encounters.
RAM operates as a fully remote business with official business hours of 8am-5pm Eastern. This position is 100% remote and allows you to live anywhere in the U.S. and work from your home office.
As the Manager of Testing & Validation-Claims/Encounters, you will oversee and lead the quality assurance processes for our software systems focusing specifically on claims and encounters functions. This role involves leading a dedicated team of T&V professionals, ensuring that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
*Responsibilities of a Manager of Testing and Validation-Claims/Encounters:*
\*Oversee the testing of new software releases as well as validation of set up changes, focusing on claims and encounters systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. This includes attending T&V meetings with other departments for relevant subject matter including BRFS review, development turnover and product demonstrations.
\*Lead the claims side of the T&V team by setting clear goals and expectations, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring effective collaboration across the team. This includes coordination with the enrollment/billing side of the T&V team, as necessary.
\*Assign individual work items and projects to team members based on their skills, experience, and workload to ensure efficient and effective completion of T&V tasks.
\*Continuously evaluate and improve T&V processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in testing methodologies.
*Requirements of a Manager of Testing and Validation-Claims/Encounters:*
\*3-5 years’ experience in a T&V leadership role, particularly in software related to claims and encounters.
\*Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and team members effectively.
\*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
\*Knowledge of T&V methodologies, tools, and processes, with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
The Manager of Testing and Validation-Claims/Encounters position provides a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience, and an excellent benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, 401(k) with match, Life, AD&D, LTD, 5 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid sick days, and 10 paid holidays.
