We are looking for a highly organized and community-minded Part-Time Marketing Administrator to support the marketing operations of our 12-dealership, multi-brand automotive group.
This role offers consistent weekday 4-hour shifts, making it ideal for someone seeking structured part-time hours in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Community & Sponsorship Coordination (Capital Cares)
Review and respond to sponsorship requests
Communicate with community partners and internal teams
Manage and track sponsorship budgets across 12 locations
Ensure support is distributed across diverse groups and initiatives
Track and report donations and community impact
Event & Initiative Support
Assist dealerships with event logistics and sponsorship requirements
Coordinate materials and deliverables for dealership initiatives
Support special campaigns such as our 100K Giveaway, Riders partnerships, and Capital Cares programs
Promotional Materials & Swag
Order, budget, and manage promotional items
Coordinate quarterly swag shipments for dealerships
Ensure brand standards and manufacturer requirements are met
What You Bring
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations
Clear, professional communication skills
Experience in automotive or multi-location retail is an asset
