Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items for shipment using appropriate equipment and technology.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle Lifting of packages weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and scanning technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to following all Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics operations.
