We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at our Portland, Oregon facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including cycle counting, receiving, put-away, and ensuring stock accuracy. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our logistics operations and the overall success of our supply chain. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing stock data to identify trends and potential issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods. A strong understanding of inventory management software and principles is essential. Safety is a top priority; you will be expected to champion safety initiatives, ensure adherence to all safety regulations, and promote the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires excellent analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Occasional lifting may be required, up to 30 pounds. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in inventory management.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
