About the Role

• Work directly with individuals who require support with daily living skills, medication administration, transportation, communication, and documentation.


• Ensure the safety and well-being of those served at all times.


• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills by communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders.

• A valid driver's license is required for this role.


• Ability to pass background checks through DHS (Department of Human Services) or equivalent agencies;

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working in social services/mental health field; possess strong leadership qualities including ability delegate tasks & communicate professionally across multiple levels within organization! < / li > ​ < li > Be physically able perform duties including lifting transfers emergency interventions . < h2 id ="benefits " > Benefits :
