Multi Skilled Engineering Technician

We are on the lookout for highly skilled Engineering Technicians (internally known as Unit Maintenance Technicians) to join our dynamic team at the Market Drayton Dairy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship site that has recently seen significant investment in infrastructure and technology.

• Conduct reactive maintenance and planned maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Ensure the smooth operation of fast-moving, complex manufacturing environments.

• Experience in a multi-skilled department within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Apprentice trained with hands-on experience in fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs.
• Good knowledge of filling and process technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Location: Market Drayton

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (7-7, days & nights)

Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x

Signing Bonus: £5,000 (payable after passing probation)
