Contract: Full-Time, Permanent - 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £24,625.00

What We Are Looking For

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator who will be a vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the entire recruitment process—from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and collating candidate documents.

Your Role Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Polaris brands, their culture, and work environment.
  • Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Source candidates directly to find the best talent.
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email, providing job details and benefits.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure hiring managers have all necessary interview materials.
  • Provide candidates with timely interview feedback.
  • Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality for both clients and candidates.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Prepare documents for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR on the onboarding process for new hires.
About You
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who can also manage their own workload independently.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment/HR role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of children's residential homes would be advantageous.
