We are hiring a Picker/Packer in Richmond, Virginia, to be a vital part of our logistics and fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse inventory and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that customers receive the correct items, and proper packing protects goods during transit. This position requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform tasks involving frequent walking, standing, and lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Safety is paramount in our operations. All associates must adhere to established safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment is a significant advantage.
