As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating items in the warehouse, picking them with care, and packing them securely for shipment. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through proper picking and scanning procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
