We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment.   • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
  • Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and security.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
