Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment. - Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
