Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team in the heart of New York City, New York. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and technical upkeep of our warehouse facilities, supporting our complex logistics network. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyor systems, forklifts, palletizers), troubleshooting technical issues, conducting safety inspections, and assisting with the installation of new equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and longevity of our infrastructure, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.   • Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery and equipment.

This role requires the ability to perform occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and the safe operation of various tools and equipment. A background in mechanical repair, facilities maintenance, or a related field is strongly preferred. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and logistics operations is beneficial.
