Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. This is a physically demanding position that requires energy, focus, and a commitment to safety. You'll be working closely with a dedicated team to ensure that products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. We emphasize a strong safety culture, and all employees are required to use appropriate PPE and follow strict safety guidelines to prevent accidents. The ability to perform lifting of up to 60 pounds regularly is a must. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Organize and stack inventory efficiently and safely.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
