We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics department, ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and effectively. Your contribution is vital to maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- A consistent focus on Safety.
