We are seeking dedicated and energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting the seamless flow of goods to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
