We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery, including conveyors, sorters, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting warehouse operations.
  • Install and configure new equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE, to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
  • Assist in training other staff on the proper and safe operation of equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; technical certifications in mechanics, electrical systems, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing warehouse or industrial equipment.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation systems and logistics technology.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
