Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse technology.
- Capable of consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
