Join our dynamic warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, as an Order Picker! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders. This role is essential for our logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating specific items, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety and efficiency. - Accurately picking products based on customer orders.
- Using RF scanners or order sheets to identify and retrieve items.
- Packing orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensuring all picked items are correctly accounted for.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Performing quality checks on picked items.
- Adhering to all warehouse safety procedures and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Prior warehouse or picking experience is beneficial but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. A strong understanding of Safety practices is essential. Join our logistics team and contribute to our success!
