Are you an energetic individual looking for a fast-paced role? We're hiring an Order Picker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! As an Order Picker, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. This position demands speed, accuracy, and a commitment to Safety. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, consolidating them for shipment, and preparing them for the next stage of the logistics process. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. If you enjoy being active and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you. Daily tasks include:
- Locating and retrieving products from designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately picking items according to order specifications.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently.
- Using RF scanners or other technology to track picked items.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Performing regular quality checks on picked items.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and workflow.
Requirements:
The ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work at a sustained pace. Basic reading and math skills. Prior picking or warehouse experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old.
