We are looking for diligent individuals to accurately retrieve and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role involves navigating the warehouse, locating specific items based on order tickets, and ensuring the correct quantity and product are selected. Precision and speed are crucial to meet operational demands. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements and confirm order fulfillment. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to strictly follow safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques when handling products. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, bending, reaching, and performing lifting tasks up to 40 lbs. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team are essential. Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution setting is highly advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Use handheld scanners to record picked items and inventory levels.
- Verify order accuracy before moving to the packing station.

- Perform frequent lifting and moving of products.
- Meet established picking quotas and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
- Proficiency with scanning technology.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
