Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. You will be involved in a variety of activities, including moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Sort and organize inventory according to established procedures.
- Assist with order picking and packing when needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety .
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
